I purchased one antenna and one lifetime protection and they end up charging me for two antennas, one amplifier, so a total of 4 charges. .I tried called the customer service number and it was a recording saying there were no representatives to take your call about your product and to leave a message.. No one had called but did get an email but can't comment to the customer service side of it to track the order.. I've called several times with the same response.. No one is there to take your call and to leave a message.. I'm wanting to cancel my order and can't do that either and I want my 4 charges dropped and refunded. And I used my ATM/VISA logo to purchase this item and will be filing with my bank fraudulent charges.
