I am writing this for a friend who got terminated unjustly without even the right of a hearing as especified by their own policy, after he went thru a bad divorce and medical problems they fired him on the spot, eventhought when he had all the documentation proving his medical condition!! JUST BECAUSE HE IS BLACK!! WHILE THEY ALLOW WHITE EMPLOYEES AND SUPERVISORS TIME OFF FOR THE VERY SAME REASON AS I HAVE WITNESSED ACCORDING TO DOCUMENTS I READ!!

Table Games department's manager practice racism, he accumulated 8 points under their attendance policy, white employees with 12 points and more under the same attendance policy still work there to do as they please!!!

Abusive management treats customers very poorly, especially if they are black or latino, I used to play there and seen the abuses commited by their staff!!!

Management when promoting people, they will only promote white employees as they make over 95% of their supervisory staff when there are deserving black and latino people working there since they opened their doors and NEVER GOT A CHANCE!!!

They make life for their black and latino employees very miserable!! someone I know suffered the lost of her father, STILL TABLE GAMES MANAGEMENT WOULD NOT APPROVE THE TIME OFF!!! and she got 3 points under their attendance policy for taking 3 sick days FOR THE DEATH OF HER FATHER!!!

This people are racist because besides Mohegan Sun they have no other competition, I really pray on nov the Rhode Island casino referendum will pass AND TEACH THESE PEOPLE WHEN THEY LOSE THEIR CUSTOMER TO THE OTHER CASINO!

There will be a MASSIVE exile of employees to the new casino because Foxwoods offers miserable salaries and THEIR MANAGERS ARE RACIST AND ABUSIVE, when their own employees get miserable bonus, managers get anual bonuses of more than $110 000 per year!!!

Their treat their own customers very badly especially when their customers have VALID COMPLAINTS as I have witnessed this while playing here, 2 months ago they escorted a black player out for yelling at the dealer and threatened him to arrest him for trespassing if he ever comes back, a white customer threw a glass of wine and yelled at the dealer, HE WAS NEVER THROWN OUT OR BANNED AND HE WAS PLAYING AGAIN AT THE SAME TABLE THE WEEK AFTER!! ABUSE AND DISCRIMINATION!!
