F.P. Hess & Co. Deceptive, Lies, Negligence, Harassment & Discrimination Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Warning to all considering this firm.  The owner : David Hess is a sociopathic, Liar who harasses people and uses deception to get accounts and trusts.  He is guilty of Negligence in my own medical situation whom several doctors agree with me who have read the trust and 3 attorneys have also stated this.  He is using a term "Sole discretion" for his protection but ALL persons agree the true reason is his discrimination against Gays, Jews, Atheists, Buddessts and all religious groups other than Roman Catholics. I am a gay male whom inherited this person unintentionally through my mom.  Mr Hess used deception to force my mother to sign a trust for my protection of my finances.  The true reason was to get a paycheck for a lifetime.  My father who had this person as his accountant for years refused to introduce him to me because of his homophobia and religious fanaticism.  He will discriminate against people like myself or those who are liberal, straight persons who live together without marriage and any person whom he disagrees with.  He has made promises to increase my annual income and release money for my home and then backstabed me and decreased my income and forced me to sign a mortgage note for his own financial gain.  Several attorneys and a retired judge call this THEFT!  Thieves lie and steal then use religion as their defense.  Remember Jimmy swaggart.  This is another Mr. Hess.  He has also stated that Hitler is in heaven because he was a catholic.  He is a seriously sick person who needs mental help.  I am involved in trust litigation and will be filing a lawsuit against his firm.  He even went so far as to Harass a cousin of mine because my cousin is sticking up for me.  He also is guilty of a breach of trust by discussing my personal finances with other family members.  He should be banned from the practice of accounting.  He represents unprofessionalism at its best.  He then laughs at people after he rips them off.  His turn is coming soon.
