FPL Phone Scammers FPL phone scammer moneypak required to pay to avoid disconnection of electricity Miami Florida

Recieved call from FPL supervisor claiming that an error in billing has led to an order to disconnect my electricity for non payment.  I checked the FPL website and shows I paid ontime and not due till next month. Yet the man on phone claims website is an error and payment is due quickly to avoid disconnection of electricity when FPL truck arrives.  They required full payment from a moneypak card which is like a debit card that is untraceable.  That made me doubt it.  They also mentioned in spanish that I would recieve a reimbursement for the error within 2 days.  But I was unsure so I tried to call FPL about it and unable to reach anybody.  So I went to CVS to buy a moneypak just to be safe.  They continued to call and ask about payment and they will stop trucks from disconnecting service.  That constant calling made me feel like it is a scam so I investigated through online means about any fpl scams and found several.  So at that point I decided not to entertain these scammers anymore so when they called me again I told them I suspect a scam.  They dared me to prove it by calling FPL and then they hung up.  They have not called back since but could try another scam.  We need to stop them because people like my mom who is elderly could fall into a trap like this one.  Glad I didnt but could have.
