Purchased a $15 a month subscription from these scam artists. Was for a game called H1Z1. The program was broken from the day I purchased it. I went into their forums to try and find a fix to my issues. I found dozens of other players with the same issues and no fixes for them. I then asked for a refund or an extension of my account from when the program was fixed and working. I was met by one moderator who tried to offer a couple different ways to inject the hack which sadly didn't help me at all. The second moderator barely spoke English and started accusing me of "hijacking threads" because I had gone onto another thread and said I was having the same issues as the poster. So I again calmly asked for a refund or some guarantee that I would get what I paid for. This is when things got nasty and it became clear that I was dealing with children not forum moderators. I tried to explain that it is hardly unreasonable for someone to expect a product to work for the full 30 days they pay for it. I then want onto their review portion and wrote a very detailed complaint about what had gone on. 1 minute after I wrote it I was given a forum warning and had the review deleted because of inappropriate language. When i asked the moderator to explain to me where in the review that I used anything that could be viewed as inappropriate he told me I was a child and couldn't talk to him. Literally just like that. I own my own business and I know it is far different then running a small time hack site but our motto is to always take care of the customer so that we can get solid word of mouth and reviews online to keep business booming. This site couldn't be more opposite of a positive business model but that is their issue and they will pay for it in the future I have no doubt.  Buyers Beware!!!
