Fragrance Hut Value City Beauty Won't Correct Delivery Issue Internet

 I placed two orders on their website and received an email a few days later stating both orders shipped. I tracked them via USPS and waited patiently for them to arrive. I was excited to get two awesome colognes at a great price. The deliver date arrived and it said they were delivered. I never received them and contacted the company via chat on their website. George is the owner and he responded saying he would contact USPS to file a claim and then he would refund me. He said he would email me on 6/12/15. I never heard from him. I've now disputed the charges with PayPal. Do not do business here. Not only is George unprofessional but he refuses to resolve concerns. They also have many negative posts about them online for non delivery of products.
