I performed a Mystery Shop for a company known as Franchise Compliance. There is no street address, not phone number available. This was a carpet cleaning shop performed in late September, 2011. To date, I have not been reimburse the $125.00 from Franchise Compliance.
I have since left a message at the CHEM-DRY Corp. Office (1-800-CHEMDRY) ext. 1106. Currently there are several compliants on non-payment on the Mystery Shopping Forums.
