 Francisco Hernandez Takes your money and never sees you again. Charged me for services he never did and when I was able to tell him he was wrong about those charges he threatened me and told me to pay otherwise He would destroy me. He disrespected me several times, put me down and breached client/attorney privilages telling opposing attorney I was crazy! Because of him and his incompetent staff's wrong advise I ended up detained for 3 months having to spend thousands of dollars in attorneys fees with a different law firm. I paid him 5 years ago for an expunging and I just now found out he never ever did it! Once a client is suffering the consequence of lack of representation he unprofessionally and incompassionately turns them away and makes false statements to authorities of the State Bar in order to save himself from the consequences of his negligent, unethical actions. Francisco is a unethical, contemptible liar, whose only interest is to collect fees for service not rendered and will make false statements to save himself from his own wrong doing.
