I am disputing this charge because the Service I paid for was not provided! I found out that the Company run by Mr. Franco Ieraci, Click SEO Marketing was using a Scheme thru LinkedIn to contact companies using my name and LinkedIn Profile with a request to join the LinkedIn Network of the Targeted LinkedIn Members. The Scheme then involved using that connection to then sell back to me a Marketing Plan. This Scheme has caused myself and my company a loss of credibility and reputation with the LinkedIn members affected. I did not receive the services I paid for. I have notified LinkedIn Administrative Services about Mr. Franco Ieraci’s Click SEO Marketing Scheme and they are investigating.

Hey Kirby, I’m glad someone has taken step to nail down the fraudulent over the internet. I’ve also started a Blog in which I’m gonna write about the Frauds SEO companies do all around the world. If you can help me in doing that, I’ll be glad.

One of my friend who lives in Toronto, told me about the fraud. He hired a company named Clickseomarketing (http://clickseomarketing.com/) and they claimed that they will get his website on top of the search engines. My friend thought they are genuine and he paid them half grand and after 3 months, he got nothing and they told him to spend more half grand to get results, otherwise they will hack their website. Franco Ieraci is the person behind that Clickseomarketing. I called him and spoke to him that it’s not the way of doing business. He said this is the only way a SEO company can retain its clients. It sounds so pathetic. I want expose that man and his company Kirby.”

This is another complaint for this company Franco Ieraci, Click SEO Marketing, Inc.

Response to false claim with proof

AUTHOR: Franco - (Canada)

POSTED: Wednesday, December 06, 2017

Hi Stephen,

It seems like you’re only here to argue and we’re not interested in entertaining that. I didn’t expect this kind of anger and numerous spelling errors from a seasoned man like yourself, I’d think you’d be a bit more professional but I guess I was wrong and this truly shows your character as your response holds no grounds or proof. You’re stating no facts and your only saying “buyer beware” Again, we have proof from AMEX and here are the reference numbers to prove what you claimed is false.

Case Number: D-2788527   Status: Closed   Case Category: Non-Fraud   AMEX Response: Card member has made false claims and the merchant has provided complete services and provided full documents proving that services were provided. We have decided this case in your  (The merchant) favor and there’s nothing else you need to provide. If you have any questions please contact us.   So if we are who you say we are why did AMEX side with us THREE times because you continuously tried to put in the same dispute and they have verbally told us that you have a history in putting in claims against companies.

Anyone can research those case numbers to PROVE what we are saying is the truth and what your claiming is false. See Stephen we are providing actual facts and proof to prove the services were provided and we’re also providing proof and facts from AMEX. It’s unfortunate that we have crossed paths and to have somebody like yourself place many false claims towards companies. That’s not a nice thing to do especially when companies work so hard to provide the best service and customer service to only have it falsely tarnished from people such as yourself. It’s unfortunate that this website doesn’t allow merchants like myself the opportunity to respond to a false claim before it gets posted.

We know that situations like this can never be prevented as you never know the type of person you retain as a client. All we can do is provide the best possible service, we are very confident in our service and customer service that we believe our reputation and current clients can speak about the company we really are, LIVE and REAL references is how companies should be judged not from a website that already has a certain reputation for false claims. We have records indicating that work was delivered as per our agreement, and can readily provide that proof to anyone that would like to request it.

You can continue to use words to try to damage the reputation of our company, but we will continue to use metrics, data, and results to deliver exceptional services to our clients. It is unfortunate that you cannot and will not take ownership of your actions and you continue to try to hurt our reputation and again according to AMEX we’re not the only company you have done this to, but we still only wish you the best of luck and sending positive energy your way. We really hope in the future you stop doing this to companies as it seems to be amusing to you to do such actions. Hopefully more buseinss comes your way so you can spend more of your time helping people as oppose to hurting them.   Best of luck.

Franco Ieraci and his Company Click SEO Marketing Inc

AUTHOR: Stephen - (United States)

POSTED: Monday, December 04, 2017

Franco Ieraci and his Company Click SEO Marketing Inc. scammed me as well! Everything sounded great in the begining, before he took my money back in May 2016, but then all the sudden once he was paid, i maybe herad from him the 2nd day....but then the third day i call him he doesnt answer my calls. I waited 2 more days, after several calls and emails i started to get worried. Now it has been 2 months since he has retunred my calls, yet i can see he is posting new things on the internet every day about his company and himself, so the guy is obviously still alive.....He just stole my money and doesnt intent to respond to me. It has now been months trying to get a hold of this theif.

So basically he stole $1500 from me. Its probably not worth it to file a lawsuit against him because God only knows where this scum bag may be found. He is probably just another foregn scammer.

If anyone else has any information that can help please share! I am just trying to make ends meet to feed my wife and daughter so this really hurts me to lose $1500 like this!

At the very least I hope this post helps make awareness to other peaople that might be thinking about doing business with Franco Ieraci and his scam compnay Click SEO Marketing Inc

Above is the compalint I posted reguarding Mr. Franco Leraci and his Company SEO Click Marketing.

Hi Stephen,

I am sorry you feel that way, as we take pride in providing only the best services to our clients. Initially we did not feel a rebuttal was necessary, however it is extremely unfair for our stellar reputation to be tainted by false information. Aside from this review, we have had ONLY positive reviews on our company in the 10+ years we have been in business.

Regarding your reference that we used a “scheme” to obtain leads through LinkedIn is simply not true; proof of this is simply the fact that despite your claim that you notified LinkedIn Administrative Services and the performed an investigation, our account remains intact and unaffected…therefore there is no “scheme” going on here. Yes, our lead generation is provided through LinkedIn, but done so through our own private network using a proprietary lead generation system and not by any means provided through our clients’ profiles, so I am unsure as to where the confusion lies.

Moreover, regarding your statement that you did not receive the services you paid for, again this is simply untrue. Proof of this is the fact that you tried to put in 3 claims on AMEX stating you did not receive the services you paid for, however all 3 claims were in the favor of Click SEO Marketing after AMEX comprehensively reviewed (all 3 times), our contractual agreement, the extensive work generated for your campaign and the leads delivered to your business. During the time of the disputes, we were informed by a representative at AMEX that you have a previously put in multiple disputes against other businesses and you have done so multiple times in a row, likely trying to see which one bites.

And finally, regarding your reference to “Timothy Muler” below, there are many companies in India that post bad reviews online and then offer to remove them for a fee and I refused to be a part of such a scam. For starters, if you Google the name “Timothy Muler”, it does not exist and therefore he does not have a blog as he claims he does. Second, I do not charge and never did charge “half grand” (lol) for any of my services. Third, I wouldn’t know where to even start to hack a site…if that’s the way I conducted my business, do you really think I would still be in business? In addition, “Timothy” wrote a review about Click SEO Marketing (completely misspelled in Timothy’s post by the way) on a blog page posted by Kirby, who also owns an SEO Company…hmm…??

I also want to take time to remind you that we provided you with multiple credits throughout your campaign and we delivered over 50 leads projected on your campaign; we do not and cannot refine your sales process, all we can do is deliver you targeted leads according to your criteria…criteria that you changed multiple times throughout your campaign and we accommodated each of your requests. When we contacted the leads that you said did not convert, the feedback from the leads was that you were rude and unprofessional on the phone, and some informed us that they had signed up for your services and were confused as to why we were under the impression that they did not.

Our only conclusion is that your mission from the very beginning of the campaign was to pay for leads, get the leads, make up reasons why the campaign was not going in your favor, and dispute the charges in hopes of obtaining the leads free of charge….and when that did not work, you became frustrated and decided to try to sabotage the reputation of our business."
