[All of this post is my opinion only!] Arrogant Frank [posing as a expert patent expert] promised to file a provisional patent using our idea - took $4500 of our money. Showed us the Patent form (2 pages long - all our work) - somehow he became the one of the inventors(?). In my opinion, Frank did not file patent. No record of our patent being filed at Patent Commissioner's office. After 90 days with no communication from Frank (refused to answer voice mails and email and even letters to his home). He then appeared out of the woodwork and tried to get us to pay a second payment of another $4500 (not disclosed at onset). Kept alluding that he'd arrange a meeting with Dr. Robert Pepper for investment - never happened. Does Dr Pepper know he is being used by Frank? Maybe he does - as Franks uses www.hotPEPPERventures.com. Many rumors of Frank's "liquid" lunches and burnt relationships.

I am an investor in many of Frank Beninsig's projects and a founding inventor in my projects that Frank has worked on for me. As one of Frank's largest investors and clients, I have found him to be honest and forthcoming to the point of being very blunt with facts. I fully support and recommend Frank to all who ask for intellectual property and investment advice. He is a great consultant. He will tell you if things are right or wrong, no matter if he or I profit from its outcome. After reading the posts on this site and doing my own due diligence, I firmly believe that Frank is being persecuted for the personal and possible business failures of some of the authors due to their lack of knowledge regarding the very difficult and time consuming pursuit of obtaining an issued patent. They may have received bad news, then killed the messenger (that being Frank), and stopped paying or compensating Frank, then blamed him for their problems... FYI, I have meet with Bob Pepper in regards to a round table investor discussion. Mr. Pepper is a real person, and has a relationship with Mr. Beninsig.
