I was an employee at UPS car care for a month and was treated very very poorly was reprimanded severely for being sick for 2 days I was informed that it was a requirement to lie to our customers telling them that we're from the Ford or Chevy or Buick processing Department misrepresenting ourselves as the dealership I was told to do this by my supervisor Frank Lloyd I was also treated very unprofessionally by mr. Lloyd on several occasions upon terminating my employment with off Car Care I was not paid for the time that I worked the last two weeks and was told that I would get paid if I stayed these guys are Crooks don't trust them don't ever buy a warranty and Palmer Administration should shut them down right away and I'll be calling them next

Dear Amy Nix, I am sorry about your experience at Ox Car Care. I am not sure of how things were when under the supervision of Frank Floyd, however it has all been changed I assure you. Ox Car Care has been cleaned up and is a great respectable company to not only work for but to do business with as well. We take great pride in integrity and strive to set the highest standards in our industry. Ox Car Care treats employees and customers like how we want to be treated and make sure we do the best we can to make everyone happy. We have drastically improved in all sections of the company to make it more enjoyable for all involved.
With that said I would like to rectify this complaint and satisfy you the best I can. If there is anything I could do please give me a call at 1-844-299-0885 and ask for extension 667, I will do everything possible to make things right as this is not our practice. Thank you and hope all is well.

Hi!
I read your report and just wanted to comment to see if we can do anything additionally to report this company? I was recently scammed where they misrepresented themselves just like you mentioned and made promises that weren't upheld. I decided to cancel and they have me jumping through hoops! Frank Lloyd was also the one who sold my policy and of course can never be reached when I call. This place is a joke and I can't believe that I didn't see that before!
