Frank M. Calvert Family Court Commissioner,Oconto County,Wi. violation of the equal protection clause of the 14th ammendment oconto, Wisconsin

i have been in front of this so called family court commissioner numerous times,only to have my legal rights violated by him on a continuous basis.  i have filed several judicial commission complaints, only to have them also violate my rights. this man seems to have his own laws in his courtroom, and they are not the laws of the land.                                                                                                                              i  will give you one example of his misconduct in court, he violated court rules which are the same as laws in a courtroom and was told he did nothing wrong, i have proof of this and of other misconduct and  the bias in his courtroom is undeniable, but as usual nobody does anything about it, i have lost faith in the judicial system in oconto county only because of this mans actions and the judicial commissions lack of doing their jobs.                                                                                                                                    this man is not interested in giving anyone an equal chance unless he has something to gain by his actions, i believe the federal  judicial system should get involved with this man and show the people of wisconsin that this kind of  outlaw will not be tolerated,,,,, DO THE RIGHT THING AND GET HIM OUT OF THIS COURT BEFORE HE CAUSES SOMEBODY SOME REAL HARM
