Frank Martin Jodzio, Midpoint Law Group real estate, mortgage modification fraud, State Bar took him to court and he never showed, Cannot practice law in California, scam San Diego California

Frank Martin Jodzio has an active real estate license in California.  His current address is in San Diego. He ran Midpoint Law Group with an address in Beverly Hills.

He ripped off a client for $3,750 for a mortgage modifiation.  He broke the law when he took the money.  He broke the law by doing nothing to help and giving terrible advice (stop making mortgage payments!!)  I am working with the client who was defrauded of $3,750.  This is all based on signed statements by the man Jodzio scammed..

He was taken to court by the State Bar of California for defauding people with promises of a mortgage modification.  He never showed in court so the judge now determines his penalty.  He cannot practice law in California.  Look him up on the Bar web site.  HIs law license # 48978  You can get a copy of the court docs by going to the web site for the State Bar.

His real estate license number is # 00530365.  This license is active.  It is not safe to do business with him.  He is in the midst of being disciplined by the Bar association for mortgage modification fraud in California and other states. 

Watch out for this guy.  He cheated people as a lawyer.  You can bet he will do the same in real estate.

I'm filing a complaint about him with the California Real Estate Bureau.  There is no way that he should be allowed to have a real estate license.

Your home is just too important to deal with a guy like this.
