I created a 55 page ecommerce website for Frank Nash owner of Palm Beach Metal Detectors in return for a Minelab Excalibur II metal detector and a large beach scoop. Frank gave me a detector with a broken cracked case that could leak if taken in the water and he never gave the scoop as agreed. I told Frank that I was not happy about the defective metal detector and wanted him to exchange it for a non-defective one. He told me to bring it back & he would exchange it for a non-defective one. When I took it back to him to exchange today , he snatched it from my hands and went inside his house and closed the door. He stole my detector and won't give it back! I called the Jupiter Police to report that my detector had been stolen and they told me to take him to small claims court. I want my detector back so I can send it out to be fixed or I want a new one.

This is a follow up to Ripoff Report #1226448 submitted 5/2/15 by Erik M. Berman dba orionstar123 against Frank Nash of Palm Beach Metal Detectors
Erik Berman reported in the 5/2/15 report that Frank Nash contracted with him to create a new website for his business, Palm Beach Metal Detectors, and as compensation would pay Erik Berman with an Excalibur II Metal Detector and large beach scoop. Frank Nash paid Erik Berman with a defective Excalibur II Metal Detector and no scoop. Erik Berman returned the defective metal detector with the understanding that Frank Nash would replace it but he never did nor did Frank Nash provide the large beach scoop.
As follow up, Erik Berman filed in Small Claims Court in Palm Beach County, Florida against Frank Nash and prevailed at the trial held 10/30/15. Frank Nash was ordered to pay Erik Berman $1,750 in damages, $493.55 in costs and legal interest to accrue daily until the judgement is paid. To date, Frank Nash has made no effort to pay the judgement rendered against him to Erik Berman and has not been forthcoming in reporting his finances and assets as ordered by the court. In fact, the Judge commented in one of his orders in subsequent hearings held to facilitate payment of the court-ordered judgement, that… “ Based on Defendant’s (Frank Nash) testimony, several transfers of funds have been made in an attempt to frustrate the Plaintiff (Erik Berman) in pursuing collection of the judgment.”
