Frank Rascon All Days Electric Did not complete the pool. Georgetown Texas

I am writing this complaint so the owner of All Days Electric, Frank Rascon does not take someone else's money and not complete the job. My experience with this company has been very negative. I signed a contract for All Days Electric to build me a swimming pool in July 2017, it is now January 2018 and he has not been to my house in over 8 weeks. The owner, Frank Rascon has not lived up to the agreement.

I paid him $23K dollars to start the pool and the only thing he has done is left a hole in my backyard and a pile of dirt for 6 months. I went through Halloween Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years with holes in my front and back yards. He will not return calls or text messages. I've have spoken to several of his workers and they say that he owes them money for work they have done at other jobs and will not work for him until he pays them.

The only reason I have not hired an attorney, is because Frank Rascon was a friend of mine from El Paso. Frank Rascon made me a lot of promises about how the pool would be completed in 45 days. It has now been well over 70 days and the pool is still not completed. The contract was for the pool to be completed in 45 days.

The months of September, October and November had perfect weather to complete the pool. When he finally did contact me, he said the weather was bad, which it was in "December"!! Frank Rascon will use every excuse not to come and finish my pool. Do not trust this company or Frank Rascon.
