this place is located at 149 high street pottstown pa, i can not believe that the pottstown bero hasn't shut this place down, after further investigation we have found that he has been sited well over a dozen times for health department violations as recent as january of 2012 also he has in his employ for several years at the "restaurant" in pottstown, a life time SEX OFFENDER CRAIG FRY, then under further investigation it was found out that he own and runs numerous properties all are in some form of disrepair.  Frank Satiro has several dozen municipal leans upon his properties ranging from unpaid taxes to failure to obtain rental permits, and safety violations,(any and all information can be obtained using the pa unified search site"  and in fact the life time sex offender Craig Fry lives in one of Frank Satiros rental properties.

 There was a fire at 131 East Philadelphia ave, in a building that Frank Owns, and during this investigation of events it was found out that Frank Satiro was in violation of fire safety equipment, the fire alarms were not in operation, and more over the person who was displaced due to the fire in the unit was not given another place of residence and in fact the tenant was forced to live in the same burn out unit due to Frank Satiros unwillingness to relocate this tenant, the fire happened well over a month ago, and in fact Frank Satiro was paid wellover $40,000.00 for the damages to the building and apartment  and still has not started repair to the building and the victim of the fire is forced to live in the fire damaged apartment.

It has come to our attention that Frank Satiro is having legal troubles with yet another failed business venture were he again took advantage of former business partner Ginger Katzenmoyer owner of the Harpoon louies in Phoenix Pa, Ginger who has owned and operated the Popular restraint since 1976 with her husband, and made the mistake of allowing Frank Satiro re open the restraint and take over operations, from the beginning of this new partnership it was a failure from the start, Mr. Sairos failures in business,property ownership and unethical thought proses was the reason this popular Family restraint was recently closed thus causing unessarry  financial and emotional distress upon Ginger Katzenmoyer, (information pertaining to this can be found at fox news, pottstown mercury). Also after searching face book for "harpoon louies"  there is information to support that there was an alternative lifestyle club in operation at the Phonexville Harpoon louies while Frank Satiro was in ownership of the restaurant.
