Frank Sherrill & Bully Xtreme International - looks to be a Rip-Off internet scam - money taken, and then no delivery and no refund and no way to contact him - BEWARE! Internet

After many emails from Frank Sherill announcing his product, i decided to purchase the Bully Xtreme, plus the many extras that he claimed would come with it - manuals, DVDs, etc. I made my purchase thru PayPal on Mon, 27 Aug 2007 @ 19:36:58 (this is from my official "Receipt for your Payment to Bully Xtreme International, LLC" from PayPal). I then waited for weeks for delivery, and nothing came.

I tried calling, emailing Sherill and his company, but kept getting dead-ends. I emailed him the official receipt from PayPal, just to remind him that he took my money, thinking that that would possibly jar his memory, and remind him to send me the product that he was supposed to have sold to me. But no response at all.

I am hoping that maybe he'll see this, and get in touch with me, and honour his promise to deliver the products that i purchased from him in good faith, but i have to admit, I'm pretty sure i'll never see anything from him at all. It's too bad too, as this was my first attempt at purchasing something online - i was always a little nervous about it - and Sherill's lack of delivery and/or response has me thinking that it's just too risky, there's just too many scams out there.

One thing that really bothers me though, is that Sherill claims to be a former US Army Ranger. He says it in every email that he still sends to me, and because i have so much respect for anyone in the armed forces, that was one of the main reasons i trusted him back when i purchased. I just hope those credentials weren't falsely stated, like it appears that his product delivery was.

Oh well, lesson learned I guess. Buyer beware!
