After hiring Frank to care for my pool for over a 5 month period the following happened.

Upon firing Frank and his reckless pool “company “ he verbally attacked me and threatened me.

1. This person doesn't care about your property. Problem #1

2. After 4 attempts of pointing out problems with his work he got defensive and angry instead of CLEANING the pool.

a. Spends 5 to 10 minutes getting debris out of the pool and leaves small debris in the bottom

b. Does NOT clean the Algae off the sides of the pool.

c. Does NOT turn off the pump to clean the debris out of the pool.

d. Does NOT clean the basket completely or put it back in properly.

e. Does NOT clean your filter EVER and will let your pump burn out.

f. after asking Frank when he cleaned the Pool Filter, he said it didn't need it and he allowed for it to build debris for a 5 month period without cleaning it 1 time. He refused to tell me how to clean it in fear that he would no longer be needed.
