After reading the other Rip Off Reports, I have also decided to post my complaint. A few years ago, Mr. Visicaro sold me a property on a lease/option. The property also had difficulty with appraisal as wasn't really worth what the appraiser ultimately stated.
It would have cost me a fortune to sue Mr. Visicaro and I'm betting he relies on that when making a sale. Mr. Visicaro ultimately made a huge profit off of this sale. Mr. Visicaro had worked for another company at the time, but also had his own company and stated he worked as an Investor while maintaining his license.
I also looked into the court records and see the 2 different names. After looking on myfloridalicense.gov to verify he is licensed with another company (Re/Max Realtec of Palm Harbor, Fl), I've decided to post my complaint. I will also do so anonymously in the hopes that someone from the Florida Realtor Association, the media, or the Attorney General looks into his sales transactions.
Personally, after reading ripoffreport.com, I find this site a useful tool to check out people and companies before hiring them.
