Beware of Frank Visicaro a.k.a. Frank Viscaro. Currently he is a Realtor for Realtec Group and used to be with Charles Reutenberg. I was also a victim of this scammer. I won't post details other than it was a real estate transaction where he told his appraiser to "kick up the value to the high end" in order to make a LARGE profit. Talk about fraudulent appraisals and inducement!
If you check Hillsborough County Court Records in Florida, there are many pages listed showing him as Plaintiff and Defendant. It also appears there are other complaints about him on this website. I accidentally discovered in court records (after making a typo) that he has a second name "Viscaro" with the second "i" missing. Agains, tons of lawsuits in the county court records.
Is it worth the risk? Legitimate Realtors don't have this type of activity in court records! BEWARE!
