Franklin County Auditor, Franklin County Treasurer, Heartland Bank Paid my property taxes over 3 weeks ago and the check has not cleared and auditor's website showing I still owe. Columbus Ohio

I paid my property taxes at Heartland Bank on Frantz Road on December 29, 2017.  I did receive a receipt for the payment at that time.  By the middle of the following week the check had not cleared and the auditor's website indicated I still owed my taxes  I spoke with Heartland Bank on 1/5 and they indicated the check was sent to the county on 1.2  I then called the auditor's office to see what the problem was and they said just wait, the check will clear in a few days.  It did not.  I called again on 1/11 and they forwarded me to the county treasurer's office.  The also said, just wait it will clear and your taxes will show as paid.  It is now 1/17 and the check has not cleared and my taxes are showing as not paid and the deadline is less then a week away.  No one in the treasuer's office is giving me any information as to how to proceeed at this point and get this resolved..
