Franklin Credit Corporation Deceptive Business Practice Mortgage Jersey City New Jersey

My primary mortgage company was Weichert Financial, which they should not be in that line of business in the first place! I became a victom of sub-prime mortgage like millions of other people. Then things was bad enough that they sold my so called mortgage to Franklin Credit corporation about 11 months ago and I lost my business and filed bankruptcy chapter 7 in January this year before my forclosure started to pending. It's been 10 months already and my time running out. We may all need to ask why out financial system collapsed a few weeks ago; you may have a lot of reasons to believe that company like Franklin who do not care about me or my mortgage or anyone else in that matter and trying to rip off every person they can! Not that I mention the company is on the verge of collapsing and very soon they go under. Check cnn.com and find about them. They reported 250 M loss last quarter and the one before.

Unfortunately our government alowed this sort of business practice. And now look what is happening to us and the globe! What a mess! I do not want to go through the whole thing here. But I am trying to find a solution here. There are approximately 50,000 forclosures in NJ alone this year! Do you really think they can come after evryone; this whole country will collapse! We the peoeple have to stand up and fight back against Company like Franklin
