I am sick to death how I was ripped off from this company. I was not behind on my mortgage and was referred to them to do a loan modification because I am upside down on my mortgage.
I called the my bank a couple of times asking for a loan modification package but since I was current at that time, the bank never responded.
When I called this company they told me that I qualify for a Loan Modification and told me to stop paying my mortgage so they can process the paper work.
Well, like an idiot I listened to them and paid $2,300.00 for the process. I called them every week for a status report and only received ONE E-MAIL FROM THEM.
I started this process in May 2009 with this company. One day at work I received a call from a process server to deliver me papers-FORECLOSURE PAPERS!!!!! (August 2009).
I can not sleep or eat, I am so embarrassed that I fell for this scam!!!! Now, I'm trying to work with the bank and the legal system.
The CEO of the company should go to jail for life for ruining my credit and my life, health and piece of mind!!!
They do not answer their phones anymore so I pray that no one else will go through this horrible nightmare.
Please beware of unscrupulous businesses out there that prey on hard-working Americans!!!!

You need to get an attorney ASAP to not only stop the foreclosure process but to get your money back from that company!!! I work for a local real estate law firm, please call me so I can point you in the right direction and give you the advise and tools to stay in your house! This isn't something that can't be fixed so relax. my number is 561-840-0950 ext 225 and my name is alison. We are ina Judicial foreclosre state so foreclosures have to be done IN court, you can find an attorney that can delay the foreclosure or you can contact your lender and work out a forebearance to stay out of foreclosure nad get brought back to current
Call the Florida Attorney General at 850-561-5600 to submit a complaint and have them federally shut down!!!!
