Franklin Philatelics, LLC Fraudulent stamp sales Lighthouse Point, Florida and Nevada

I purchased various imperforate (Elvis & lots of Princess Diana) covers as well as historical stamps from individual named John Baker Bryant (a very smooth-talking melodious voice) from both offices in Lighthouse Point, FL. and Boulder, NV. over a period of 3 years. I was accustomed to receiving a quarterly report on value of stamp purchases supposed to rise in value by 28-30%. After sending demand letter to repurchase my stamps, nothing was ever done.

I have exact notes on conversations since I take shorthand. I was called at home to tell me he was at an auction and had just stepped out and I really should purchase this stamp and make a quick decision because he had to go right back after the break to say we wanted it. He supposedly purchased some stamps with me on a 50/50 basis. He had customer from England who needed these particular stamps we purchased for which customer would pay well over $30,000 over which we paid! Never happened.

Now I see the stamps are cut very close to the image, and have been told that most are not original glue. Certification from Franklin said they were unused and I was told really detailed stories on how and where the stamps were purchased (from estates) as well as history of confederate railroad stamps, etc. The guy really acted as if he knew his stamp history!

I want to pursue these crooks! I have lost more $ than I want to divulge but I would certainly love to form a class action lawsuit to get these people in jail where they belong! Anyone interested? Please let me know.
