Franklyn Greenaway has taken money from a friend of mine for a year.  The money is to be for appraisal, Phase I, title search, etc.  Once I got involved (and I am in commercial real estate), the guy could not and would not produce any of the documents my friend paid for, much less the name or number of a lender.  He would only send "commitments" from lender - oh, that had his address on it.

I can go further, but it is completely laughable.   The idiot did use Suntrust bank to accept the money, so that's wird fraud.  I also made the guy send a $2,500.00 refund (which took a month), and, yep, the check was no good.  I can go on and on.

I really just want this guy's name on a site that will be picked up on a Google search.  If you have come across this guy, reply to this thread.  I would love to know what you know.

Mr. Brown-

I know we have talked, butI wanted to post and support your case by saying that Franklyn used the fake company Sinewave in our deal, as well.

Franklyn the Scam artist

AUTHOR: Don - (USA)

POSTED: Tuesday, May 09, 2017

We had the same Scam Scum artist , rip us off as-well. He stated that he could provide financing for our church to purchase a property, that we had in mind. He then told us that in order to be approved for the loan, we must get an appraisal of the property cost ($2500) he then took our check and cash it under a suntrust account named (creative Financing). After that we chase him for months on in, for a commitment letter that the property owners needed to secure the deal. We finally received the commitment letter, but not from a lender; we received it from a company called sinewave LLC with franklyn Greenaway as the president of the company. After research we found that the company had been inactive for a few years. At that point we realized that we have been defrauded. We lost more than $2500 of our money and some earnest money we gave to the seller. We also have others that we've been in contact with, that he also has dooped. If you wish to contact me my email is donbrown928@yahoo.com
