I worked for these scumbags, and I'm not a disgruntled employee but merely reporting some facts about them; they claim to be the good guys by suing other dishonest mod company's. This is an example of what they did: they sued a small company that could not afford a lawyer, owned by a couple who were in business for a long time. They harrassed and hounded this couple until they gave up and F&M sold their assets to gain money. At employee meeting they gloated especially Molinaro (by the way he has a Hitler complex because of his height he has to stand on a box at meetings and waves his arm around as if he is at a n**i meeting) at how they dystroyed the loan company which was owned by a middle aged couple. After getting their money instead of refunding that company's clients as they promised they kept the money for themselves!

I and others at the company constantly referred clients who were scammed by other mod company's to F&M but never heard any feedback, only the accomplishments of having crushed another company etc at employee meetings. The danger of these two morons is that they appear to be the good guys on the exterior but are the worst of the worst in reality, to clients and employees. The one thing I have noticed in my career is that when an employer mistreats their employees they tend to mistreat the client as well.
