Is anyone who was involved in this still reading this? If so, can you please post. We were scammed in 2007. We took a contract for Fred, who went by Fred Williams, through Pyramid Construction in Chicago. I was pregnant and we needed an addition. Since I don't know if anyone reads this I'll cut the story short. We got ripped off quite a bit of money, we do have an addition but they never finished it. Just found out this guy is a con. We thought he was Fred Willliams d found out it resnick. Just googled his name today and found all of this out. If anyone reads this please respond we aren't sure what we should do. How long was he in jail? Is he supposed to be on probation or anything?

I'm sorry to hear that Fred Resnick is still adding more victims. I am one of many that he ripped off in 2004, and so I understand what you are dealing with. It may be a good idea to report your experience to Lisa Madigan's office and make them aware of what Fred is up to these days.
