Fredbulldogs.com French Bulldogs Puppy Scam Baltimore Maryland

 I ran across Fred Bulldogs with an online search. Upon contacting them about a hoot I was prompted to put in all my contact information including address. Within 1 hour I received a phone call from a very eager man asking me when did I want the puppy? How soon do you want the puppy? I could barely understand him on he phone. I was a little hesitant as the puppies were very cheap and came shipped for free. I did a little research into the website, and even though he mentioned that he was doing this for years, the website was only 3 days old. Also, he was using a program to block his identity from the server. I also noticed that all his "customers" had the identical photo background even though they were all from other states. So I asked him if I could come to his place to see the puppies and their parents myself. He said that dues to a recent ordeal where a puppy died, unless I live within 30 minutes I cannot come to him. (That makes no sense). So I said well my mother lives 10 minutes away. He said that she then needed to contact him through the website (where you type in your address). He said he needs to be sure she can care for a puppy. Mind you, he never asked me one question, only how soon do I want the puppy. He obviously is let wanting anyone to come to him. I google earthed the address in Baltimore, and then checked where the location of the business was on a we server search which indicated was in California. Nothing makes sense, be very careful as I am sure this is a scam. They do not use PayPal, only cash transfer and debit card. (how convenient) Very shady, very strange.
