Hello my name is Caleb I have never worked for anyone in elevate Friday for anybody else involved before May 25, 2014 I'm from the state of Maine so I don't know anyone in California that has worked for these companies or been a part of any part of any other companies with anyone involved just to make that clear I have still been paid every single week and I have been overpaid just to set the record straight I am not trying to defend anyone either way I just wanted to be known that I had been paid every week and I have seen other people be overpaid as well and the company is not going after them for their money they just quit and the company does not even ask them for their money back I feel that some people may have had some miscommunication with the company and that the company may have had some miscommunication with some of the 1099 reps since we are still in prelaunch anyone that's thinking about joining this company that wants to get involved with a company that has every single thing perfect please do not join so that we don't get any more bad publicity if you're looking to join because you want to be ahead of the wheel before he gets here then please join but we are only on prelaunch still I truly wish everyone the best and anyone that has not had a good experience but I hope that one day we can all have a meeting of the minds and get through this so that we can all learn how to love better if anyone has any questions please feel free to call me anytime 916-759-2224

I am a former employee of Freddie Mills Jr., and have to agree with the first poster.  Search for yourself - this site, the internet, former employees and door to door industry professionals.  He has the same scam, different products - cable, energy and solar.  He's failed several other companies with other partners, but Freddie Mills, Jr. is the common thread.  Team Winmark, EMA Services, NXT Level, American Energy Partners and now Elevate.  He has burned so many bridges, he has been banned from holding contracts with the service providers (Company names withheld out of respect).  Contracts have now been put in the name of his mistress, aMANda, much to his wife's dismay.  He has burned so many underserving people with his greed - partners, family, friends, neighbors, and loyal employees.

Caleb, it is interesting that you stood up for Freddie Mills Jr. and Yvonne Rego - didn't you work with them at Winmark?  Or was it NXT Level?  Maybe both?  Why did you leave?  Not paid?  Did they blame it on "chargebacks"? I had to chuckle that you said how legitimate the company is, but in another sentence tell us how you had to borrow money from them on 2 separate occasions.  Even more ironic, is that you were only there 2 months at the time of your rebuttal - we'd love to hear an update!  I wish you all the best, truly.

Everyone else - I encourage you to make a statement on here, file a complaint, flag their ads so they can't claim another victim, or even better - GO GET YOUR MONEY!! The Department of Labor (California and other states) has several cases either settled or pending.  The only way to stop these thieves is to get their name out there and watch them fail!

I worked for this company breifly as well.

Hello my name is caleb I have worked for this company since May 2014 I do not know what I would do without this company it has completely saved my life. I even know the guy that wrote this article he is a good friend of mine and a very goodhearted person I truly believe this was all one big misunderstanding since I started here we were all told from day one that we did not know exactly when this company was going to launch but we were also told that we could do what's called a prelaunch and get leads for ourselves ready for when the company does launch but in our contract that we all signed it said the only way we could get paid Ardra is if we do a sale after the company officially launches so I think this is where the confusion started I have been paid by this company every single week on time as they promised I have personally got to know Freddie Yvonne BD wright  Thurston Amanda and everyone else in the company freddie has actually loaned me 1000 and Yvonne loaned me 300 dollars so far and both told me I could pay them back as soon as I got my first big check anyone that has any question about this company can call me anytime 916-759-2224 I'm just a worker not anyone special and I have only known these people mentioned above since may 2014 I have all my pay stubs to prove my pay and I am an open book I don't think the person that wrote this ripoff report is a bad person and I don't think anyone involved are bad people I believe that when there is true miscommunication everyone can get hurt and very upset I hope this shows that there are always two sides to every coin and that this may help anyone choose to run with what I believe to be the next giant solar company in the world
