In my current case I found Hanna had "padded" the evidence against me by placing the statement from the account of a seriously delinquent cap one customer on top of my pages to make it look like mine. So I filed a motion to strike that and accused him of fraud. But as far as I knew the State Bar had refused to do it's job regarding Hanna and Thugs.

I dealt with Hanna and his band of thugs. And I BEAT him. I almost got him dis-barred too. So don't listen to the idiots that say he is "untouchable" in GA. He's NOT.

The very first rule is to STAY OFF THE PHONE. This rule applies to all dealings with "third party debt collectors". Upon first contact by a third party debt collector, IMMEDIATELY send a "cease communications" request as per your rights under FEDERAL LAW, specifically the FDCPA which you can obtain at FTC.gov. Also be sure to file your FDCPA complaint against Hanna while on that site.

ALL correspondence needs to be IN WRITING and ONLY by CERTIFIED MAIL, RETURN RECIEPT REQUESTED. Be sure to put the certified# on the body of the letter and keep a copy for your records, as this proves exactly what you sent. DO NOT sign the letter, or your signature may end up on a "contract". Just print your initials.

Challenge EVERYTHING! Keep in mind that the legal burden of proof is on the collector to prove that you owe the money, and is NEVER on you to prove that you don't.

Remember, CHALLENGE EVERYTHING, and STAY OFF THE PHONE!!

Now, if you must go to court, STAY OUT OF LOCAL COURTS. Always move your case to FEDERAL COURT because it costs them more money and your chances are much better. FDCPA and FCRA rules are ONLY enforceable in FEDERAL COURT. And your defense against Hanna will certainly involve FDCPA and FCRA violations. GUARANTEED!

By the means above, file Bar Association complaints against Hanna. File a separate complaint for each ethical violation. Keep sending them.

Here is the fun part. The law only regulates third party debt collector contact and conduct with the debtor. YOU are not regulated in how you contact or speak to a debt collector! You can bait this fool into violating! Then get paid! He and his thugs are arrogant enough to think they are untouchable. I tought them that they are not.

I totally shut down his office. I programmed every telephone# and fax # into an autodialer which redialed every three minutes, and after hours I saturated his fax machine with my "legal requests" for cease communication until he ran out of paper and/or toner. I did this for weeks.

I had this bully crying his eyes out. I have the written response from him to the Bar Association where his only defense was me saturating his fax machines! I brought this bully to his knees!

Want to have some real fun? Ever heard of a "writ of mandamus"? This is basically where you get a court to ORDER a governement agency or official to do their job. It works against local courts and judges too. Hanna has no connection to the federal courts, other than they know all about him, and will rule in your favor against him every time.

Also, be sure to file police reports against him both in your jurisdiction and his for the CRIMINAL harassment, and stalking.

Have fun with these idiots. hanna is a debt collector because he is too stupid to practice REAL law. That's my opinion and I'm sticking with it. Come on, FREDDY, sue me.

There is nothing you can do to stop Hanna in Georgia. The corruption he is part of goes all the way to the Georgia Supreme Court, Attorney General, State Bar, and even former Attorney General Bowers. No one will stop him or take him to task for legal or ethical violations. But Capital One is one of his clients.

I have him on me right now and I found false information in the evidence. I don't see any way they can be stopped unless maybe the ACLU would help or the media or perhaps a Federal Investigation. I am just glad the word is at least getting out about it. Welcome to Hazzard County, for real!
