Beware of this slum lord Rick Snyder. he is peace of sh*t he is so the called president of burgundy 2 condo complex in Bradenton FL

he cones old people for their units and buys them at dirt cheap prices when people die. he has 59 unite because when someone dies there he has the HOA lawyer rack up lawyer fees so that he can foreclose on the units the minute someone dies.

He immediately sends out a letter from the lawyers the first month the person dies without even giving anyone notice that wat he can ford close on the units.

He is a slum lord he has everyone on the board and that work there living in his apartment that he doesn't renew the lease after a year and has them living month to month so that way if you don't listen to him he can throw you out in 2 weeks.

He is always placing lawsuits against people because he knows the old people have no money to fight him in court.

this guy does la kinds of illegal practices he denies people from buying units there and then he will have someone else buy them so that he can hide the nature of his practices but his names are on the lease as the center of the apartment.

Rick Snyder must be removed from the president or any kind of boar member of the association. the news has been contacted along with the federal bureau of investigation and there putting together a case called a secret inditement.

There has been a lot of people working on this for over a year now because people have had enough of his threats and scams and racketeering,

this guy has been doing it for so long that he thinks he can walk on water and that he is above the law. some people say that he pays off people in the town, that is why the state attorney office along with the organized crime task force of the FBI is working on a case against him.

We are all going to be suing him personally. he hides behind the law of the HOA that you cant sure him personally. that the whole point of getting the FBI and organized crime taskforce involved with the investigation.

He also practices real estate when his license was revoked years ago he has also been arrested a number of times years ago he just paid to get his record expunged.

By the way you are listed as a defendant quite a few times in the records so let's not go there. Calm down and breathe and let it all go! I'm sure you have better things to do then argue over notes back and forth. Let's put it in the past huh?

Amanda was at the wrong place at the wrong time with the wrong person! I never said my child is perfect and does not make mistakes! I was merely stating truths on everything, anyone that knows you knows that you are abusive! Amanda has been doing very well for herself and I'm proud of her!! She was in fact hung up with the wrong crowd but has completely turned her life around for the better.. Not that YOU would care or anything.. But she has and as I've said I'm very proud of her. I'm willing to leave you and all this in the past where it should be. Have a nice life! 

 In addition to her 2012 felony (dealing in stolen goods and defrauding a pawn broker), Amanda Jo Manning was recently arrested for a second felony (burglary).  She was arrested based on DNA evidence. I'll say it again, Mrs. Rebecca Suggs:  Your daughter is no angel.  As for my appearances in court records, you will find that I am the plaintiff in those cases (evictions), not a defendant like your daughter. As for my anger issues -- I readily admit to a low tolerance for irresponsibility.

Ive already put you and your ugliness in the past! I know you have been in the courthouse quite a few times yourself! 

I have seen your violent outbursts and really truly feel 

sorry for your wife! It's a shame that you haven't sought counseling for your

anger issues! You should also learn some business ethics! :-)

This is a classic case of a mother unwilling to accept reality where her offspring is concerned.  (The Boston bombers’ mother says they’re innocent, too.)  I warn any landlord, this tenant, Amanda  Jo Manning, is bad news. 

I don’t normally rent to teenagers (she was 18 when she moved in), especially those with no rental references.  But her mother was persistent, enthusiastically vouched for her, and promised her rent would be paid on time, so I made the mistake of cutting her a break.  Unfortunately, Mom kept her promise about the rent -- Mom paid it right on time.  As any landlord knows, the laws make it difficult to remove troublesome tenants for any reason other than non-payment.

The first three months or so were ok.  But then Amanda started moving one unsavory character after another into her unit, sometimes more than one at a time.  She did this without my knowledge or approval, despite the fact that this was specifically prohibited in her lease.  Neighbors called me about loud music and loud arguments.  Police were there several times to investigate drug activities.  I told her to get these people out, and once or twice she did, but then she just brought in another one.

I called Mom and told her I would not tolerate this behavior and I wanted her daughter to leave.  She responded with ethnic slurs regarding my religion and accused me of all kinds of nonsense.  She insisted that my complaints were groundless, because, of course, her daughter wouldn’t behave like that.  I spoke to Amanda and received similar responses.  Finally, Amanda moved in with a guy at another location and she was finally out of my hair.  The neighbors and I were greatly relieved.

If I was harassing Amanda, then apparently so were the police.  She is a frequent flyer at the Manatee County Courthouse.  Look for Amanda Jo Manning in the County Clerk’s records www.manateeclerk.org/PublicRecords/CourtRecordsSearch/tabid/57/Default.aspx.  Mostly traffic infractions, but one felony in 2012 – adjudication withheld, 36 months probation.
