Do you want to lose your case and lose your money? Then go to this attorney. He will charge you for things that normal attorneys don't charge for, like things that are free for you. This guy charged me for filling out my victim compensation application when the victim witness services does it for free. Instead of trying to help his clients, this attorney will try to squeeze as much money from you as possible. Law offices of Fredrick Wonsok Lee does not care about the outcome of your case and does not care about anything but getting your money.
This attorney is loose with his billing, over charges, cuts corners and blames his staff for his negligence. He took my personal injury case promising me $3,000,000 then tells me it's unlikely I will get any money out of it shortly after giving the retainer. Then he asks me to pay him more money. Why didn't he properly advise me on recovering a judgement or the risks associated with it in the beginning? He just wanted to get paid so he bait and switched. You will not be happy with his services in the areas of civil and criminal law. With my civil case he kept raising costs on me until I had to drop the case.
This terrible attorney billed me for criminal representation when I was a victim of the crime. I was billed for a missed hearing, never provided monthly billing and given an incomplete file. Fred prematurely destroyed my original file before I can do anything about it and denies any wrong doing.
Fred knows how to cover his tracks so BEWARE if you are or plan on working with him. He may be a great talker but he does not back it up with anything. I am very unhappy with his services and do not recommend using him as your attorney.
He is a terrible person to work with if the case is important or a lot is at stake. He denied any refund and I regret giving him a retainer.

After I retain him, he discourages pursuing the case because he said the defendants are judgment proof and it will a lot of money to pursue the case. Why didn't you tell me this in the first place? Oh yea he just wanted to get some money out of me first before he bait and switch.

Also turns out I had the option of obtaining a default judgment against one of the defendants without additional costs but he never advised me and now it is too late to do anything about it.
He is a great talker but does not back it up with anything. I am very unhappy with his services and do not recommend using him as your attorney. Terrible person to work with if the case is important or a lot is at stake. I regret giving him a retainer.
