On 1.10.2013, I purcased a package plan with videos to build an aeriel energy generator.  It included 3 other books about self-sustaining subjects.  I read the guarangee which said I could get a refund no matter what the reason.  I downloaded the information and read it over to see if it would work for me in consideration of the length of time involved to make, difficulty of the project and cost of materials to accomplish the whole generator for a house.

It would be a tedious work and I don't have the help needed to do it.  I also realized my finances are too limited to buy all materials to make the entire generator of the size needed.  Lastly, I bothered me that I did not see enough testimonials or videos showing others who built theirs successfully just by following the plans. 

After making my evaluation, I requested a full refund within 15 days of purchase by emailing to the specific support address, and only contact provided. I also emailed Avangate BV who advised me to contact the seller.  I have sent 3 requests for a refund of $49.97 puchase price to the seller, but never received any response whatsoever.

I cannot do anything with these plans and I already have books with how-to informmation so I don't need the bonus books.  I am requesting a full refund of $49.97.
