I opened a Merchants' Account with Free Credit Card Processing.com & their AMS Risk Management affiliate. I only processed 2 (over $600.00)transactions since January 2006. AMS has found ways to withhold my funds starting with excuses why the transactions were high risk and that my Credit Union does not know how to process thier ACH transactions.

It took over a month after the first transaction that I finally received payment from AMS and was told everything had been resolved. Again, I wrought havoc, with the next transaction; this time, they stated my Credit Union was not set up to receive deposits AMS owed me. Additionally, AMS called and harassed my customers, telling them that they needed to ensure that my customers had received the product. More so, after satisfaction of knowing my customers had received and were pleased with the products (laptop computers), AMS further made excuses for not forwarding the funds owed to me. Finally, on May 5th, AMS closed my account and are withholding my money for 180 days. AMS deducted fees for the transactions which they stated would not be received by my Credit Union. I have lost money on both sales due to AMS' ?fees for rejection". They told me that I would only get a $481.00 of over $600.00 back after the 180 days.

They have failed to respond to my emails and are using my money for their own capital gain. These people are big time ripoffs. I was glad to see that I was not the only one to complain at this site.
