We pulled my husbands credit report and use my credit card. The site stated that if we canceled with in 30 days there was no charge for the initial report. Well we tried to cancel and obviously I did not succeed on line, Because the next month I had a charge on my credit card account of $9.95. When I finally located a phone number to contact mni credit report services I was put in contact with a supervisor named Daniella operator number 619. Since I didn't know who this company on my statement was I didn't know what account I was even asking for. They looked up my ssn and stated that I didn't have an account with them. But they did have my husbands name on files attached to the billing of my credit card. I told her I wanted this account closed that they would no longer have permission to bill me and she told me that my husband had to call that only he could stop the billing.

So here it is August 31, the first part happened July 11 of 2007. And they billed me again! This time my husband called and told them that if the card holder calls and wants the billing to stop that the card holder has the right too. So she said she would close the account but the credit card company said I need to file a dispute and get a new card because companies like this will continue to bill! So for future references I will never use free credit report.com ever again.
