I followed the instructions in filling out the Free Credit request form. It said that I could cancell the subscription to the Credit Watch before the 14 day trail period and the account would be cancelled. I called back as soon as I had my report, which was incomplete and useless. I was told the account was cancelled and that I would not be charged anything. However, several months later after I had paid the balance on my credit card I noticed a 14.95 charge and I called my card company to find out what was up. They gave me a phone number to where the charges were coming from and it was a different phone numer than the one I called to cancel the account. They said they had no record of me canelling the account and they would not refund my money. It appears to ba a bait and switch; IE: you get your free credit report from one site and the charge form you fill out is at another site [Credit Report] not Free Credit Report; so of course they never received your cancellation because you talked to Free Credit Report not their billing company Credit Report. I see that many people have been scamed by these people; what I can't figure out is why they haven't been investigated and shut down. They are operating completly under false pretense.
