MCI Worldcom & Free Digital Phone Center are fraudulent rip-off liars that make false promises. Orange County, California

MCI Worldcom & Free Digital Phone Center make false advertising claims and lie about service agreement. Then, they trap you into their plans ....

I received a fax in my office from The Free Digital Phone Center, one day claiming "you will receive this phone(picture), all these accesories and this great plan, call for details of service." So I did, and the sales person went on and on about the great service coverage and free long distance throughout Ca, NV, OR, and HI.

So I signed up. Thinking, how convenient, I can get this all done while I am sitting in my office and don't have to go to a store and deal with pushy sales people. Filled out the contracts great! NOPE!

When I received my phone in the mail, it was not the phone in the picture, the one they say you will send you, it was this 4 lb, huge old skool phone made in like 1995! Horrible I was mortified. I can't take the phone anywhere without people laughing and me.

Anyways, all the accessories they said I would receive would come at a later date, including the charger! It has been 3 monthes and 20 phone call to Free Digital Phone Center and still nothing.

Then when I tried to use the phone it didn't even work, so I called MCI Worldcom. I sat on the phone with technical support for over 15 hours in a 2 week period before they could get my phone to function. I asked for a cancellation since I had the service for 2 weeks and they couldn't get my phone to work. They said it would cost me $500. to cancel even though I hadn't even used the service yet.

They finally got my service working after another 5 hrs on the phone w/ tech support and now it has been 3 monthes and my service is doing the same thing it was before, not functioning AGAIN!! I have been on the phone with tech support 6 times already for at least 1 hour each time with no resolution.

Also, all the information I received in such great detail from the sales rep on the phone was all a lie. I do not have free long distance and roaming anywhere! I called to dispute the charges to both MCI and FREE DIGITAL PHONE CENTER and they said was nothing I could to because none of the actual service agreement was in writing and it didn't matter to them that the sales rep had lied to me to get me to sign up with MCI and FREE DIGITAL PHONE CENTER. I guess thats how they scam you, by not putting it in writing and saying" CALL FOR DETAILS"

BUYER BEWARE OF THESE FRAUDULENT COMPANIES, THEY WILL TAKE ALL YOUR MONEY AND GIVE YOU NOTHING!!!!!
