Well I have been trying for over a year to get back my money they took automatically from my account and did not honor anything. I did my part with the filing out paperwork after I had to call them to say I didnt not get any paperwork so then I had them to fax them to me immidiately and when I called several months later to just cancel it because they had already gave me a sick feeling about the company. I was nice about it all and explained I was just going to seek other means of help with 5 different prescriptions daily I needed and couldn't afford to wait any longer for their help I wasn't receiving and requested an immediate refund of the $99.99 dollars already paid. May not sound like much to you but to a person on very limited funds with 3 children living at home and a single parent, its a lot. I finally got another live body to talk with December 14, 2005 and explained again I wanted my refund for fraudulent advertising and she was all nice about it and guaranteed me that I would be receiving my refund within a few days.... its not May 2006. I want my money!
