"Freeshipping. Com" charge $12.97 a month for membership fee. But I do not know I am a member of them. I do not know how the company works. They charged $207.52 for 16 months from my credit card without any service or offer sended to me. I totally do not know what the "Freeshipping. Com" is. When I ask for the refund , they said they can refund $142.67 to my credit card. I really want to know the why. Why the company charge money every month without any service, any service, even no email for the members to notice the membership.
