Many of you state that because it was 10.95 that you lost it was a small price to pay to learn.Well I belong to the Big Big Forum online and there are thousands of people that ordered these peoples jeans just through them!!

I was one of them.I too have never recieved my jeans after many emails and it seemed like every time I would go to report that their deadline THEY SET had come and gone,I had to start over.

I even tried calling the number thinking I would get a "real" customer service rep...HA !! All that got me was a recording.

I am thinking that after reading their rebuttal,THE SAME ONE OVER AND OVER,that they are STILL ripping people off and all we are doing is saying it's OK to let them do it since we don't try to form some class action against them.

I ordered more than 1 pair of jeans and they got me for about 70.00 I AM MAD AS HELL!!

Sure it was what they call shipping charges,but ..THEY HAVEN'T SHIPPED ANYTHING! THAT is the ripoff!!

If any person would be interested in joining the cause I am sure there is an attorney out there that would handle this.

Think of it this way...10.95 x 10,000 people + and that gives you a better perspective on what this man is doing.

Free Spirit Jeans...I challenge you to rebut with something other than your standardized form letter...something on the line of we have looked into the problem and have credited your CC with that amount.

HA ! Will NOT happen!

You know why? Because they KNOW we will not come after them.

WRONG....I WILL!!!
