We had the biggest expectations “ever” for this place, but we got extremely disappointed just in our second outing with a boat.

In short: this place lacks customer service (what’s that?), as once you sign up and pay, you are left to the dogs. You will be treated like scum, like dirt, like a drunk-idiot. I really feel sorry for the people working the docks because they probably deal with very difficult people but NOT (not) EVERYBODY is a brainless amoeba.

One day when arriving to the docks, I was verbally abused by Chris (?). I really feel sorry for him. He must hate everything about his job. However, that does give him the right to verbally abuse customers, especially a woman in front of kids.

Enough said. Do not join. It’s a rip off.
