Freedom Club USA has advertised over a 3 year period to be an educational club, with information covering multiple topics ranging from political and financial, to new age and alternative health. As part of the education, they offer a membership into the club for a $300 fee, which opens up a special section of the website with additional articles, as well as the ability to participate on a "members-only" call held every Tuesday night.

The backbone of the club lies on an Administrative Remedy (AR) program they claim is able to convert bank debt and IRS bills into tax pre-paid cash. This is supposedly accomplished by writing letters to the lending institution demanding evidence of the alleged debt. After the three letter process is complete, the club notary claims to have a valid and legal judgement against the institution, which they brag is 100% successful. Following the obtainment of the judgement, the club claims to have a process that can pay for the value of the judgement by creating an unlimited amount of "e-credits" on a computer. The payment element of the process is what the club claims they are working on since the inception of their development team.

Although the process sounds exciting, there are pieces of information that the victim is not aware of when purchasing an AR. The first piece is that the founder, Tom Lawler, has been claiming for nearly 2.5 years that funding is immenent. There have been many many instances where he has said they are putting the final pieces together, and it never comes to fruition. The second piece is that the club has been reported to various law enforcement agencies, including the FBI, the Secretary of State, the Attorney General, the FTC, etc. The third piece is that the head of the development team, George Lake III, is a diagnosed schitzophrenic. The relevance of this fact is that he is the one who is putting together the computers to create the money, as well as creating a private UCC (called a GL UCC) that is filed against the bank or IRS. The last piece is that Going through an Administrative Remedy Process is legal, but it is expensive and cannot be used at an international or local level as identified in a verbal opinion provided by one of the directors of finance at the Swiss Bank in London, two judges, attorneys and others with legal expertise who have reviewed a completed set of AR documents. All of the GL UCC filings are irrelevant and they are NEVER filed with the Secretary of State on behalf of the filer. This is a major fraud perpetrated against the club member. (source: http://www.freedomcrowsnest.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=48598)

They do however gladly accept payments for this process, at a cost of $3000 per AR, during this pre-launch period. The club (which includes the directors and consultants) have maintained a conduct of never accepting responsibility for any result that has emerged from their actions. Members have been through divorces, foreclosures, one member is literally living out of their car, and one case where a member is now in a mental-ward. Although these members cried out to the club for help, the club has responded with a "we're not responsible" attitude.

Restitution in this matter could be done two ways:

1. Pay the AR's in a timely manner. Giving a new excuse every week, continually claiming the club is on the brink of funding only diminishes any credibility the club has left (and I suspect thats not alot), and moves it into the realm of scam.

or

2. Close the doors and do not continue to promote false hope to unsuspecting victims.

AUTHOR: thiefhunter - (USA)

POSTED: Wednesday, August 22, 2012

I need your help!! as many of you who see this please share. I am trying to make contact with as many of the members from an organization known as Freedom Club USA. this organization has been taking peoples money for over 7 years with the promise of getting them out of debt by some kind of redemption process for lack of a better term. there is information that these people are NOT telling it's members. I am not a member but have been working with it's management for the last 7 years as well as many of it's members.

up until recently I have kept quite in the hopes that this organization might mean something. NO LONGER WILL I KEEP QUITE. on September 5th I will be conducting a conference call to help folks understand what is going on and what can be done about it. that number is (((phone number redacted))) PIN 641016#. the call will be at 6pm PST. If you have never heard of this "club" and/or are not a member please re-post because you never know who in your friends list might be. I will do a follow-up call on the 19th of September in case folks miss the first one, same # same time. thank you.

education worth its weight in gold.

AUTHOR: Angel Spirit - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, January 03, 2012

I hope your wrong!  I know a few who have been in for 5 years and your right about how long it has taken.  I believe they are doing the best they can to protect the people and do their job in a courteous fashion.  Sometimes we just have to have patience....   They have a lot of enthusiasm and mean well for the group.  I am not a Consultant,  I do not know what goes on behind the scenes however,  they have calls weekly and I believe that good will come to those who have patience.  I wish the best for those who have not reported this as a scam.  I know if you get angry  you will probably get your money back but lose out on a once in a ifetime opportunity to get what you want out of life and learn new ways of being free.  The education alone is worth it's weight in Gold.  I wish you the best in 2012.

Get informed yourself

AUTHOR: James D. - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, August 17, 2010

More complaints from people who failed to do their due diligence and want someone to blame for their problems.  First of all get your facts straight; second, What does no guarantees mean to you?  When a promising new drug fails to cure cancer the people who invested in it are not happy but they hardly go around tossing blame at the drug company for their money problems.

FCUSA has never failed me in doing exactly what they have promised.  I have paid much more for much less of an education and have nothing but praise for the leadership of the club who I find to always act in integrity.  Yes, they have been falsely excited by what they believed to be the last step but their efforts resulted only in new clues needed to unravel the well disguised financial system.  People get excited about drug trials too, but they too come up short more often than they succeed.

When you were promised nothing but a best effort, the only right you have to complain is if you don't get it.  Despite all of the time, effort, disappointments, expectations of success, and new hoops to jump through, the clubs best efforts continue.  Can I demand success?  No more than I can demand it from a promising drug trial.  If I have cancer (money problems) and the drug trials fail (funding doesn't occur) I have a vested interest and my anger at the drug company may feel justified but I wasn't promised success, just a best efforts.  Stop blaming others for your problems and work on some solutions yourself while the club continues to work towards their goals.

If your wondering if FCUSA is real or not, check it out for yourself.  But know before you go.  Understand before you commit or you will be just as unhappy as those you hear from here.

Freedom Club USA scam

AUTHOR: Amanda - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, December 27, 2008

If anyone wanted to know what Freedom Club is all about, the above essay sums it up perfectly. I think this should be taken a step further, by sharing the so-called education from the members site you have to pay $300 for. Save your $300, because its all right here. As you can see, it was ripped from other websites.

Thank you to each and every poster regarding this deceptive group. I thought
I smelled a rat so I asked them for proof of their claims. I, of course have not heard a word back regarding that question. Grateful in Michigan
