Freedom CS Unauthorized account activity Internet

I noticed a charge on my account of $49.95.  I immediately went to the bank and filed a claim since I did not authorize this.  I then researched online the company.  I them tried to pull up a number or an address and all I received was a website for "Live" help.  The agent told me that I applied for a payday loan, which I had.  The agent then stated that I also agreed to their services for free for 7 days and then after that if not cancelled I would be charges this fee.  Ok, I never saw these terms and conditions and why would I apply for a loan to help me out yet give another company 49.95 for a service I did not authorize.  The agent stated that they processed a refund and I should have a check in 15 days.  I made sure I got a confirmation number since, there was no other information on the company.  Needless to say I will not apply for any other payday loan and I will be canceling my account out so that this will not happen again.
