Got a call stating that i was approved for a loan, and needed to call so that the loan could be validated and finalized! When i called, i was told that i was approved for a loan based on the application i filled out on line from the website, and that the money was already placed in escrow just waiting to be directed to my account once all required documents were turned in.  When I called, we had a very good conversations, they told me they were one of the good guys, and here to help.

After going over the detail of my loan, i was told, in order for them to release the funds, the insurance had to be paid. This insurance is suppose to guarantee the lender just incase i were to default on payments. I was given 3 different insurance options: 1 being GOOD, 2 being BETTER, and 3 being BEST. Of course, since i was given the choice, i picked option 1. It cost less, and it was a choice i was given. 

After going over those things, they sent me my paperwork. I filled it out and sent it back along with all required documents, and then wired them their insurance money. I was told that my money would be in my account at midnight when the wires are deposited. i look at my account at midnight, NO MONEY!! I sent an email, and made a call, however, they did tell me that based on the times, it may not go out until midnight the next day. Okay, again, midnight comes, and again, NO MONEY!!!  I sent an email, and also called next day. Our first conversation was i will find out what's going on!! Our next conversations was, the money is sitting there, but will not be releases unless i choose insurance option 2, which cost more, and required that i wire them more money in order to get the deal done!! Sorry, but NO!!! Honor your agreement, or return my money!! I wired them their money in a day, and they claim it will be 2-3 weeks (if i ever see my money) before it's returned.

Needless to say, i still have not gotten it back, nor have i heard from them. They claim there are several departments, but all extensions lead to one person. You will find out if you call!!! lol! This person had so many excuses! call customer service at extension 0. i called it, this person picked up, and insisted i dialed their extention. Ha Ha, no, i dialed 0, and it led me to you!!

Watch out for this company!!! Do not send them any upfront money!!! You may never see it again!! I will let you know if i get it back!!! I hope this reports finds you before you get ripped off!!!! Do your homework!!!!! This was an expensive lesson!!! Hey, maybe they will refund my money, and i can retract my report, but until then, beware folks!!
