Freedom Dept Solutions Taking monthly payments from bank account and not paying any bills or contacting creditor. Roanoke Texas

August 2008 started with Debt Solutions to pay my depts off for the amount of $412.00 per month for 4-years. During the phone conversation and setup of the account I was not told that Freedom Dept Solutions would not pay my bills off until the four years was up! My Credit is awful, I can't get a job do to bad credit score! Freedom Dept Solutions have not contacted my creditors at all, I was told that they would. I have been turned over to collections agencies, which call my home non stop. Freedom Dept Solutions told me to change my phone number to avoid the calls(this is not solving my issues).

The money that I have been paying Freedom Dept Solutions each month, could of been going to my creditors and my credit would not of been destroyed.

I have also received monthly account summary from Freedom Dept Solutions for the amount of $387.00 for services charges! What a load of crap, they have not done anything as stated that they would do.

I hope no one else is going through this, my credit has been destroyed, collection agencies call my home, family and cell phone non-stop. I am unable to get a job to pay off my bills do to my credit rating.
