Freedom Dodge Chrysler Jeep ripoff Did not give discount promised and kept $1000 for their pocket Lexington Kentucky

I am disgusted by the service at this dealership, when I spoke to "Bill" on the phone he assured me that I would receive a great deal and NO Down payment would be needed. While I was there he said (after negotiating back and forth with his manager) that I would get a big discount of $1,200 less than the original marked price on the vehicle finally he asked if I thought I could make a check for a $1000 dated a month for now I agreed because I thought I was receiving a discount and that it would be taken off the total ---that was a mistake to assume it ends up I did not get that discount and the $1000 vanished off the face of the earth!

I called and asked to speak with a manager when "Bill" got so rude that I couldn't talk to him any more and the manager replied that "he did not raise him and doesn't know why I he said the things he said to me!" This is not a five star dealer Go elsewhere if you can they got the worst service in the Lexington area!

I am filling a report at Rip-off Report.com if you've had this same problem let others know.
