In July 2011, Scott Walker of Freedom lists contacted our company, and our clients, multiple times.  Mr. Walker insisted our firm should utilize his company's services guaranteeing an email address list with a 90% delivery success rate.  Mr. Walker insisted we pay $1500 in advance and overnight the payment to a Texas address prior to our receipt of the email address list. He also promised an overnight turnaround, and it took several days and several phone calls to actually get the bad list. 90% of the email addresses Mr. Walker's company provided were undeliverable and immediately bounced-back as such.  After several emails and phone calls, Mr. Walker agreed to refund our monies after our dissatisfaction with his services which we addressed within days of the receipt of the bad list.  We never heard from him or Freedom Lists again.  What a rip OFF!
