I placed an order totalling $227.20 on April 28, 2006 which was cancelled for some reason by the vendor. I am still waiting for the refund amount which they swear has been credited to my account on May 2.

It is now May 21 and I am still arguing with them. They want me to send them my bank statement to confirm that the refund cleared. Yea, right. They refuse to provide a phone number so that I can talk to a live persona and will not elevate the issue for resolution.
