According to the Freedom-Pharmacy web page, they are based in Australia.
I did a search of the rip off reports prior to ordering two items (blood pressure) and found nothing in rip off reports. I ordered two items 3/1/2005 and received
a confirming e-mail stating Merchant Name: ccoinzrx.com ccoins.net 866-827-0764
Gad..
Rip off reports shows ccoins.net is a
major rip off group based in Australia.

On 3/14/2005 I recieved an e- mail from Monarch holdings ? with an email address admin@salesmonarch.com for each item I had ordered stating the items
are not and have not been in stock due to worldwide shortage, they may have a source in another week.
Gad.
of course my credit card was separately charged
the full amount for both items plus two ship charges

Dispatch have informed me that the below listed order is currently on backorder. New stock is due in on 3/18/2005 and will ship around that date.

After filing with ripoffreport, Freedom-pharmacy.com did have their billing agent reverse the card charges -this was verified.
I will keep on top of it to make sure it isn't just re-billed again later.. (see ccoins.net reports) THANK YOU

I have placed a number of orders with Freedom-Pharmacy.com over the last two years and have had the most outstanding service. They are the only online pharmacy I use anymore. I even sent them an email once telling them how great their service was.

I, too, have received one of the "out of stock at this time" notices. They were true to their word and even with the delay I received my merchandise in a timely manner.

Based on the dates in the complaining letter, I would strongly suggest that the gentleman give the company a chance to make good on their promise.
