In August of 2002 I was contacted by someone named Kati representing Freedom Resource Company about what great deals I could get off of merchandise, credit cards, discounts and much more. All I had to do was give her a check by phone in the amount of $221.00. Done deal!
The money was withdrawn from my account in September 2002 and I have been trying to get it back since December 2002. In October 2002 when I phoned this company I was told there was a major backup on orders and my package should be arriving soon.
But by December I had had enough and asked for, received, and returned the paperwork for a refund of my money. Finally I called them again on March 11, 2003 and was told that my check was scheduled to be sent to me on March 28, 2003.
As of this date, April 11, 2003, I have yet to receive a dime. Everytime I call their supposed "Customer Service" number, when I can get through, you punch the number 3 for refunds and it's like you have been sent to never-never land because no one ever responds.
